Manage production schedules across multiple sites, coordinating with site managers to align production activities. Oversee the production of 120 Stock Keeping Units (SKUs), ensuring each product line meets quality standards and production targets. Supervise and optimize the performance of four major production lines. Ensure ample supply of materials to meet production demands, coordinating with procurement and inventory teams. Implement cross stocking strategies when necessary to optimize inventory and production efficiency. Book in stock, conduct inventory stock calls, manage stock outs, and handle stock variances. Schedule and oversee the production lines, ensuring adherence to production plans and resolving any scheduling conflicts. Qualifications: Proven experience in production scheduling within a manufacturing environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Proficiency in inventory management and scheduling software. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
