An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a senior People & Culture leader in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on managing competing priorities, is solutions-focused, and enjoys working across a broad remit that includes diary and inbox management, project coordination, event planning, and confidential HR support. Key Responsibilities Provide proactive and professional support to the Group People Executive Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings (internal and external), and coordinate travel arrangements Monitor and manage high-volume inboxes, ensuring timely follow-up and prioritisation Prepare documentation, presentations, reports, and meeting agendas/minutes Maintain and update shared drives, policies, org charts, and internal documentation Coordinate HR administrative processes including onboarding, contracts, and probation tracking Reconcile monthly AMEX statements and assist with budget tracking and invoice approvals Support internal initiatives including service recognition, team events, and community partnerships Liaise with external stakeholders and consultants as required Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory standards About You Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Team Coordinator supporting senior leaders Background in HR, people & culture, or professional services highly regarded Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities High attention to detail, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive matters Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and expense systems (e.g., Concur or similar) advantageous A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in HR and business operations What’s on Offer A varied and rewarding EA role supporting a key leader in the People & Culture team Exposure to meaningful people and community initiatives Collaborative and supportive team environment Hybrid working arrangements available Staff discounts and corporate benefits
