Jess began her recruitment career in 2018, specialising in Accountancy and Finance across the Melbourne market. Since then, she has built a strong reputation through developing long-term relationships, deep market knowledge, and a genuine, consultative approach.
She has partnered with SME, listed and multinational organisations to build and strengthen finance teams across a broad range of finance roles, managing the end-to-end recruitment process with a hands-on and tailored approach. Jess works closely with both clients and candidates to understand culture, team dynamics and long-term business goals, ensuring the right fit every time.
Outside of work, Jess is usually immersed in a renovation or property project, spending time with her young family, or searching for Melbourne’s next great restaurant and cocktail spot.
