We are seeking a project officer for an initial 6 month contract to support the delivery of multiple projects. You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of project activity, including planning support, process improvement, documentation, stakeholder coordination and progress tracking. The role plays a critical enabling function, ensuring projects are well organised, risks and dependencies are visible, and delivery is consistent, efficient and aligned to priorities. Responsibilities Support the coordination and delivery of multiple projects by maintaining project plans, schedules, trackers and registers Monitor progress against milestones and identify risks, issues and dependencies for escalation Coordinate project meetings, workshops and working groups, including agendas, papers, minutes and action tracking Prepare and maintain project documentation, briefings and progress reports for internal stakeholders and leadership forums Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and supporting the development and implementation of consistent project management tools and templates Key Selection Criteria Demonstrated experience in a project officer or project coordination role, supporting multiple projects concurrently Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines High attention to detail and administrative accuracy with strong documentation and record-keeping capability Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute practical solutions Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital project management tools Experience coordinating project activities, documentation, reporting and stakeholder engagement
We are seeking an experienced eLearning Lead to commence end of January for an initial 3 month contract. You will be responsible for the development and timely implementation of the Learning and Leadership Development Team’s strategic initiatives including scoping, planning, implementation and evaluation of initiatives. The role requires expertise in educational leadership, along with demonstrated capability in project management. You will also be accountable for the administration and implementation of learning technologies to enable digital learning. Please note, as this is an urgent requirement, you will be expected to hit the ground running and therefore only candidates with significant experience in a similar role with in-depth knowledge and skills operating within an LMS environment will be considered. Responsibilities Manage the administration and maintenance of the LMS platform, including user roles, permissions, and access controls Manage course enrolment, user accounts, and other administrative tasks Oversee the design of materials and standard-referenced assessment protocols for use in multimodal professional learning programs Develop and implement training schedules and ensure course availability Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the effective operation and utilisation of the Learning Management System Lead and support the implementation and ongoing management of a new Learning Management System Provide strategic advice on the use of learning support services including digital technologies and eLearning to support learning and teaching Skills / Experience Demonstrated instructional design expertise including knowledge of adult learning theories, curriculum development, and ability to transform complex content into engaging learning modules Technical proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, Learning Management Systems (CANVAS preferably), and eLearning standards (SCORM, xAPI) Portfolio showcasing successful eLearning projects that demonstrate innovative, interactive learning solutions from conception to delivery Project management experience including needs assessment, resource planning, timeline management, and data-driven evaluation of learning effectiveness Adaptability to emerging technologies and industry-specific requirements with creative problem-solving abilities for varying client environments
