Our client, a growing national manufacturing and distribution organisation, are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to partner with their team during a period of growth. Starting as a part-time role (two days per week), this position offers the potential to increase to three days as the business continues to expand. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a hands-on and supportive leadership team, contributing to compliance, culture, and process improvements while shaping the employee experience across the business. Key Responsibilities Review and refine HR policies, contracts, and compliance frameworks Partner with leaders on job design, recruitment, and onboarding processes Implement training and development initiatives to strengthen capability Offer practical guidance on WHS strategy and day-to-day ER matters Lead recruitment end-to-end across a mix of blue- and white-collar roles Champion initiatives that foster culture, engagement, and continuous improvement Contribute to workforce planning, process optimisation, and employee well-being About You Proven HR Generalist experience, ideally gained within consumer goods or operationally focused industries Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, WHS, and HR best practice Hands-on, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, with a pragmatic approach to HR delivery Comfortable balancing both strategic input and operational HR tasks Flexible and efficient, ideally suited to someone seeking a part-time role with autonomy Willingness to travel quarterly to VIC/QLD sites (if required) What’s on Offer Ongoing temporary assignment (2 days per week) with opportunity to evolve into 3 days On-site parking at Western Sydney office Opportunity to shape HR processes and culture during a growth phase Supportive leadership and the ability to make a meaningful impact in a growing business If you’re a motivated HR professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys balancing compliance with culture and engagement, we’d love to hear from you.
