Due to an upcoming pipeline of work, we are looking to speak to HR Advisors and HR Coordinators with experience across a variety of HR functions.This is a great opportunity for individuals with 2-3 years of experience in HR, looking to further develop their careers in a dynamic and growing organisation. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Support the HR Manager with employee performance management processes and talent development initiatives. Help with compliance and reporting on HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records. Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with organisational policies. Support the team in executing HR programmes, such as training, employee engagement, and workplace safety initiatives. Contribute to continuous improvement in HR processes and systems. Skills & Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Advisor role. A strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and employment law. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work independently. Experience with HR software and tools is preferred. A proactive approach and the ability to build strong relationships within the organisation.
