This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a commercial environment, enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders, and has deep technical expertise in modelling and Power BI. Key Responsibilities Build, enhance, and maintain complex financial models to assess development feasibility, scenario analysis, cash flows, and ROI across multiple property projects. Prepare detailed development feasibilities, sensitivity analyses, and project performance reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Translate raw operational, financial, and project data into insightful dashboards and visualisations in Power BI to support commercial decision-making. Partner with Development, Finance, and Executive teams to evaluate potential acquisitions, support due diligence, and model project funding structures. Prepare presentations, investment papers, and modelling summaries for Board and Investment Committees. Continuously refine modelling frameworks, improve data integrity, and implement best-practice modelling standards and controls. Skills & Experience 5-7 years’ experience in financial modelling within property development, real estate, infrastructure, or corporate finance. Advanced Excel modelling expertise, including project feasibilities, debt modelling, scenario modelling. Strong Power BI capability - capable of building automated dashboards, data models, DAX measures, and integrating multiple data sources. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly and succinctly. Qualifications Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline. Additional modelling certifications highly regarded.
