Whether you come from retail, FMCG, or a broader commercial analytics background, this is a great opportunity to apply your analytical skillset in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.What you’ll be doing Analyse pricing, competitor and promotional data to identify opportunities to improve margin and customer value Support and deliver pricing initiatives from insight through to recommendation Partner with Merchandise, Marketing and Operations to influence commercial decisions Deliver clear, data-driven insights to senior stakeholders Monitor performance of pricing and promotional activity and provide actionable recommendations Contribute to ongoing improvement of pricing processes, tools and reporting What we’re looking for We’re open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including retail, FMCG, or commercial analytics, who bring: Experience in pricing, commercial, category analysis Comfortable with key retail metrics such as stock turn, margin and discounting/ markdown Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar (nice to have) Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights Strong stakeholder communication skills Why this role?
