Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property developer clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Build a deep understanding of each client’s project cycle, marketing needs, and commercial objectives.
- Prepare and deliver tailored digital advertising proposals across display, creative, depth listings, and project marketing solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities within your portfolio and proactively grow revenue.
- Collaborate with media agencies to capture briefs, gain visibility on upcoming campaigns, and influence planning decisions.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and new project launches to support more strategic client conversations.
- Work closely with internal teams including Ad Operations, Product, Finance, and Contracts to ensure campaigns run smoothly and renewals are managed effectively.
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to support wider sales strategy.
- Represent the business at industry events, launches, and developer or agency functions as required.
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within digital media, advertising, or property‑related environments.
- Strong consultative selling capability — able to diagnose client needs and recommend the right mix of solutions.
- Experience managing a portfolio of accounts with a focus on retention, growth, and long‑term relationship management.
- Understanding of property development, new homes, project marketing, or real estate advertising (advantageous but not essential).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable collaborating cross‑functionally with technical, operational, and commercial teams.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
