The main functions of this role include the following:
- In conjunction with the General Manager & Finance Commercial Manager, develop and execute Account Management Plan for a portfolio of customers
- Collate required information from various sources to form appropriate responses to customers regarding enquiries
- Manage the end to end process for customer orders from quote to delivery
- Liaise with suppliers for relevant inventory enquiries
- Monitor customer orders to ensure on-time delivery to customers
Qualifications and skills for this role:
- Customer service experience OR Relationship management / Internal Account Management experience
- Pharmacy or regulatory industry experience highly desirable
