Working alongside the General Manager, you will manage a select group of customer accounts and also be responsible for the end-to-end customer order to delivery process. You will work closely with suppliers in order to obtain information on supply availability of pharmaceutical products to provide a high level of services to our customers for each enquiry / project.

The main functions of this role include the following:

• In conjunction with the General Manager & Finance Commercial Manager, develop and execute Account Management Plan for a portfolio of customers
• Collate required information from various sources to form appropriate responses to customers regarding enquiries
• Manage the end to end process for customer orders from quote to delivery
• Liaise with suppliers for relevant inventory enquiries
• Monitor customer orders to ensure on-time delivery to customers

  
Qualifications and skills for this role:

• Customer service experience OR Relationship management / Internal Account Management experience
• Pharmacy or regulatory industry experience highly desirable
