They are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. Position Description

Working as part of a team, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Registering new ABN’s 
  • Lodging through the ASIC portal
  • Assisting accountants
  • Daily reconciliations
  • Allocating and receipt payments
  • Following up overdue payments
  • Processing invoices
  • Handling relevant queries and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Assisting additional admin tasks and office duties
Candidate Profile

The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar position along with the following skills and attributes:
  • Strong ASIC experience 
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Generous remuneration package ($70,000 - $75,000 depending on experience)
  • Ability to work from home 1-2 days per week
