Position Description
Working as part of a team, your main responsibilities will include:
- Registering new ABN’s
- Lodging through the ASIC portal
- Assisting accountants
- Daily reconciliations
- Allocating and receipt payments
- Following up overdue payments
- Processing invoices
- Handling relevant queries and managing stakeholder relationships
- Assisting additional admin tasks and office duties
Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar position along with the following skills and attributes:
- Strong ASIC experience
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
