The Organisation:
Our client is a respected organisation within the resources sector, continuing to experience strong growth. They are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Coordinator to join their finance team in Perth on a temp to perm full-time basis. This role offers the chance to work in a supportive environment with genuine career development opportunities.
The Responsibilities:
The duties of the role will include, but not be limited to:
Accounts Payable
- End-to-end processing of invoices and credit notes
- Supplier reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Managing the accounts inbox and responding to queries
- Preparing payment runs and AP reports
Banking & Cashflow: - Daily bank and cashflow reconciliations
- Updating foreign exchange rates in the system
Other Finance Duties: - Reconciliation of debtor accounts and follow up of outstanding items
- Assisting with stock purchase reconciliations
- Preparing monthly transaction summaries for management
- General finance and administrative support as required
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will bring:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar accounts role
- Strong systems knowledge – experience using Pronto is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels of the business
- High attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive and professional approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
