The Organisation:

Our client is a respected organisation within the resources sector, continuing to experience strong growth. They are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Coordinator to join their finance team in Perth on a temp to perm full-time basis. This role offers the chance to work in a supportive environment with genuine career development opportunities.

The Responsibilities:

The duties of the role will include, but not be limited to:

Accounts Payable
  • End-to-end processing of invoices and credit notes
  • Supplier reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
  • Managing the accounts inbox and responding to queries
  • Preparing payment runs and AP reports
Banking & Cashflow:
  • Daily bank and cashflow reconciliations
  • Updating foreign exchange rates in the system
Other Finance Duties:
  • Reconciliation of debtor accounts and follow up of outstanding items
  • Assisting with stock purchase reconciliations
  • Preparing monthly transaction summaries for management
  • General finance and administrative support as required
The Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will bring:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar accounts role
  • Strong systems knowledge – experience using Pronto is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels of the business
  • High attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive and professional approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
