Our client is a rapidly growing, professional services business who is searching for a driven Accounts Officer / Assistant Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. Position Description
Reporting directly into the Finance Manager, your daily tasks will include:
- Accounts payable duties
- Accounts receivable duties
- Preparation of payroll
- Petty cash
- Trust account reconciliation and reporting
- Administration duties
The successful applicant will have solid experience in a similar Accounts Officer role. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a range of stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and the drive to meet deadlines will see you succeed in this role. Exposure to MYOB, QuickBooks or Xero will be highly regarded for this role.
