This position has been designed to provide support with administrative tasks, working closely with the finance team. The role is a temporary assignment with the potential to extend, located in Frankston and is well-suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for the finance team, liaising with suppliers.
- Assist with accounts administration, including invoicing, reconciliations, and data entry.
- Respond to inquiries relating to accounts and billing in a professional and timely manner.
- Support finance staff with ad-hoc administrative and project-based tasks.
- Previous experience in an administration role, ideally with exposure to accounts or finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with Oracle experience an advantage.
- Strong numerical and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
