An instantly recognised retail business is rapidly growing and is seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join their team.
The Position
A requirement has become available for an experienced, motivated and results driven Administration Manager to oversee a transactional administration team and drive process improvement.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Oversee a team of administrators and coordinate workflow
- Handle internal & external challenges and escalations
- Liaise with Credit Manager on customer collections, credit hold, recovery and payments
- Prepare, distribute and manage internal communication effectively
- Manage with HR branch safety management system and reporting
- Creditor Invoices are matched, approved, and returned to HO for payment
- Report on customer back orders and cancelled orders
- Standardise processes and drive continuous improvement across the department
- Lead, train, coach and mentor the administration team
- Ensure KPIs and deadlines are being met
- Coordinate and maintain weekly and monthly financial tasks within the operating system
The Candidate
- Solid experience in Managing a team within an administration processing environment
- Ability to develop & maintain effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with an ERP system such as SAP or Salesforce
- Demonstrated skills in process improvement
- Have exceptional attention to detail, be highly organised and efficient
- Experience working in a Services or Industrial organisation preferred
- Be able to lead, coach and develop a team
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work in a busy, fast paced department
