About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to join our team in Kalgoorlie. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support across the team
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone enquiries
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office requirements
  • Support HR, payroll, and procurement functions where required
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies
About You
  • Previous experience in an administration role (2+ years desirable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work both independently and in a team
  • A positive, professional, and proactive approach
