Please note you are required onsite 5 days a week in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. You must also be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the Business Systems team in maintaining and troubleshooting key business systems.
- Investigate and resolve system issues, escalating to vendors or internal technical teams when necessary.
- Perform data integrity checks and reconciliation across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist with minor system configuration changes and user access management.
- Document processes, issues, and resolutions, and offer training or guidance to end-users.
- Experience in a similar role or strong technical background in IT Support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical users
- Ability to read logs and monitor systems
- Eager to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organisation
