About the role:

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for interiors and retail management? We’re seeking an Area Manager to oversee four stores across South East Melbourne. If you excel in driving sales performance, coaching teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, this is the role for you!

As the Area Manager, you’ll be responsible for maximising sales and profitability across four retail stores while ensuring operational excellence. You’ll lead, develop, and inspire your teams to achieve revenue growth, meet key performance indicators (KPIs), and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales & Meet KPIs – Implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, conversion rates, average transaction values, and customer retention goals
Lead & Develop Teams – Motivate and coach store managers and staff to drive high performance and deliver top-tier customer service
Monitor & Analyse Performance – Regularly track sales data, identify trends, and implement action plans to optimise revenue across all stores
Operational Excellence – Ensure consistent standards in merchandising, stock management, and store presentation to maximise sales opportunities
Customer Experience & Brand Growth – Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring an engaging and premium shopping experience
Recruitment & Training – Attract, onboard, and develop talent to build high-performing teams
Reporting & Communication – Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior management

Skills & Experience:
�� Multi-site or Senior Store Manager in a retail or interiors-related industry
�� Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs
�� Experience in coaching and mentoring teams to enhance performance
�� Commercial mindset with the ability to analyse data and implement sales strategies
�� Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
�� Passion for interiors, home décor, or design-related retail
