In this role, you will support the development and execution of strategic brand initiatives to drive growth and market share. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, and external agencies, to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns and product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Manage day-to-day operations of brand activities, including product promotions, packaging updates, and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Track and analyse brand performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Support in managing relationships with external partners, including creative agencies, media agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of marketing reports, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
- Coordinate the execution of new product development and go-to-market strategies.
- 2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and consumer marketing.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
