The Developer
Our client is a boutique development group who are privately held and have an enviable pipeline of developments with a focus on high-end apartment / townhouses and boutique commercial offices. This group are currently looking to recruit someone from a design background to work across design management, development management and marketing.

This role will suit candidates with strong design skillsets who are looking to learn development.

The Role
This role will see you work closely with the Development Team and the Directors of the business to gain exposure to the full development Lifecycle on mulitple inner-city apartment, townhouse and commercial developments. These developments are very design focused and targeted to the high-end market. Your role will cover feasibility, design management, development managment and marketing. Working as part of a close-knit team you will be exposed to all facets of the project. 
  
About You
This role will suit candidates coming from a design background where you have ideally gained exposure to residential or commercial developments. It is anticipated you will be degree qualified in architecture or interior design with around 3-5 years of professional experience. With all roles in Development, excellent written and verbal communication skills are a non-negotiable.
