Our client is an award-winning Property Developer who have an enviable track record over 20 years of development in the Melbourne residential property sector. This group are currently looking to appoint an Assistant Project Manager to join their in-house team and assist in the delivery of high-end apartment and townhouse developments.   
 
Working under the leadership of a Senior Project Manager and partnering closely with the Development team, this role is responsible for leading detail design, tender and construction delivery of apartment and townhouse developments. You will be responsible for engaging and managing consultants and contractors to deliver projects in accordance with design, cost and quality milestones. This role requires high attention to detail and passion for design as these developments are high-end, design focused and tailored to the owner-occupier market. 
  
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following experience / skillset:

• Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Property.
• Proven track record working in Client Side Project Management, Architecture or for a builder as a Project Coordinator
• Residential project experience will be highly regarded. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Expert stakeholder engagement
