The Organisation

Working with a well known organisation who has firmly established themselves as a healthcare leader in the market. Based in the Mornington Peninsula, our client is looking for an immediately available candidate with experience in medical reception/accounts/billing to join their team in a contract role for minimum 3 months.

Position Description

Reporting through to the Team Leader and working as part of a team, your main duties will include:

  • Daily/monthly billing as required (billing inpatient services, health funds and third parties)
  • Responding to account queries
  • Auditing records to extract billing data
  • Complete receipting
  • Assist with reconciliation for end-of-month
  • Other tasks as requested by the Team Leader

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role you will have had prior experience as a Billing/AR Officer or Medical Receptionist along with the following attributes:
  • Immediate availability in the market
  • Recent healthcare experience 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level attention to detail
