A leading logistics and fleet services organization in Melbourne’s western suburbs is seeking a skilled and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of a key site. This is an opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role with genuine scope for impact and future growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 5–10 staff across customer service and vehicle operations.
  • Oversee rostering, training, recruitment, and staff performance management.
  • Drive high standards in customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of daily branch activities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in processes and service delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar operational leadership role.
  • Strong background in similar industry (logistics, fleet, construction, or 3PL sectors etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience managing people, resolving issues, and leading by example.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
  • Tertiary qualification preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Proven ability to take ownership and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced setting.
