Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 5–10 staff across customer service and vehicle operations.
- Oversee rostering, training, recruitment, and staff performance management.
- Drive high standards in customer service and operational efficiency.
- Ensure smooth coordination of daily branch activities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in processes and service delivery.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar operational leadership role.
