About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and commercially minded Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy branch within a market-leading automotive services business. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take full ownership of operational performance, customer experience, and branch profitability.

With responsibility for a high-performing team, you will drive customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes while ensuring a safe and compliant work environment. You’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening key industry relationships and delivering a service that sets the benchmark for quality and reliability.

Duties
  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to company standards
  • Take full P&L ownership at branch level, managing revenue, costs, and profitability to achieve business targets
  • Monitor and deliver against performance metrics, including quality assurance, vehicle utilisation, and productivity
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives, Fleet & Operations Coordinators, and Relationship Executives
  • Strengthen referrer and partner relationships, ensuring trust, loyalty, and service excellence
  • Champion a safety-first culture, maintaining compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS) standards
  • Collaborate with other Branch Managers and leadership teams to align on business strategies and best practice execution
  • Drive employee engagement and performance through coaching, training, and continuous improvement
Skills & Experience
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Proven ability to manage operations, optimise performance, and deliver financial results at a branch or site level
  • Strong understanding of the automotive repair, insurance, or rental/fulfilment industries (preferred)
  • Financial and commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and operational metrics
  • Excellent people leadership skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across stakeholders
  • Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
