This is an exciting opportunity to join Miele Australia in a pivotal Brand Activation role, responsible for delivering best-in-class brand and customer activations across retail, trade and digital channels.


You will play a key role in strengthening Miele’s brand health, improving activation ROI and positioning Miele as a best-in-class partner for retail and trade. Working cross-functionally with Brand, Category, Sales and Media teams, this role offers strong visibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful commercial impact.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan, develop and execute national brand and customer activation strategies across retail, online and trade channels
  • Lead end-to-end activation delivery including briefing, creative development, budget management, execution and post-campaign analysis
  • Partner with Category and Sales teams to build tailored activation plans aligned to customer strategies
  • Deliver compelling consumer experiences through campaigns, events, partnerships and digital activations
  • Manage the activation calendar, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and national objectives
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour to inform activation strategy
  • Own activation budgets including forecasting, ROI tracking, PO management and invoice reconciliation
  • Measure and report on performance, generating insights and recommendations to optimise future activity
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in brand activation, shopper marketing or integrated marketing ideally within FMCG, retail or consumer goods
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link brand activity to sales performance and ROI
  • Proven experience delivering campaigns end-to-end with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical capability with confidence working with data and performance metrics
  • Collaborative communicator with the ability to influence cross-functionally
