Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with media partners to set and manage annual KPIs and optimise agency performance.
• Work in partnership with the PR, Communications, Social and Digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns and identify opportunity for optimisation and collaboration.
• Develop and deliver the brand marketing strategy.
• Help to localise national brand strategy into state brand communication plans to build engaged and connected audiences.
• Develop an annual media plan and identify opportunities to improve media coverage across performance and awareness campaigns.
• Lead on developing clear, consistent and effective marketing collateral and content for use across a range of traditional and online channels.
• Manage the Marketing team, developing a proactive, high-performing team culture with a focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

Skills:

• 5+ years' experience in a similar brand marketing role.
• Experience managing a team and developing a team culture.
• Proven experience of working on integrated brand, marketing and communications campaigns.
• Proven ability to develop leading and innovative marketing strategies.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders to deliver excellent results.
• Proven ability to manage paid media campaigns and media agencies to optimise results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in planning and delivering public health awareness campaigns advantageous.
