As they expand across grocery, pharmacy, eCommerce and global markets, they are looking for a commercially savvy and creative Brand Manager to bring their brand to life across physical retail and offline channels.
About the Role
This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced marketer who thrives on variety. You’ll be the brand guardian across all physical touchpoints — leading integrated campaigns, championing new product launches, and activating bold and memorable consumer experiences.
Working closely with digital, sales and product teams, you’ll drive strategy and execution, collaborating cross-functionally to build the FUNDAY brand on shelf and in-store. You’ll support in the delivery of best-in-class activations, sampling and trade shows.
What You’ll Do
- Lead integrated brand campaigns across ATL and BTL offline channels in partnership with our Digital Brand Manager and agencies.
- Execute retail communications and POS across grocery, pharmacy, independents and distributors.
- Drive go-to-market plans for new product launches, from ideation through to retail execution.
- Own and optimise trade and field marketing initiatives, working closely with the sales and ops teams.
- Manage merchandising partners and retail activations to maximise ROI and in-store presence.
- Support independent and distributor campaigns with sell-in tools and tailored marketing assets.
- Stay across trends, retailer shifts and competitor moves to feed into strategy and planning.
- Demonstrative experience in FMCG marketing. Ideally you would have worked across both structured corporates and nimble, high-growth brands.
- Deep knowledge of the Australian retail landscape — grocery, pharmacy and independents.
- A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You’re agile, organised and commercially sharp.
- Proven track record in delivering successful campaigns, activations and NPD launches.
- Data-savvy with exposure to IRI, Nielsen or similar.
