Due to a recent implementation of D365, a need has arisen for an experienced Business Analyst to work alongside operations to drive meaningful change on the platform. You will bring with you an expertise in inventory management and production control gained from a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operations teams across warehousing and manufacturing floors to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in the day-to-day system usage.
- Guide and train end-users on best practices within D365, including influencing behavioural change and system adoption across all levels of operations.
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of inventory and production workflows in D365, with a focus on expiry tracking, batch and lot traceability, stock movement accuracy, waste reduction and inventory turnover, and best practice inventory management.
- Partner with D365 technical consultants to translate operational requirements into practical and scalable system configurations, configure and enhance production and inventory modules, including support for mobile and scanning solutions.
- Support inventory accuracy initiatives through cycle counting strategies, root cause analysis for variances, analysing movement of stock through production workflows.
- Facilitate change management, including UAT coordination and end-user engagement, training material development and delivery, reinforcement of process improvements through continuous feedback loops.
Your Profile
- You have 3-5 years' experience working with inventory management within Microsoft Dynamics365 in a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- You have been on the grounds business partnering with operations.
- You enjoy driving meaningful change and are able to influence stakeholders on workflow and process optimization.
- You have excellent communication skills and are able to facilitate healthy discussions across all levels in the organization.
