The Role

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing business and team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, and building strong relationships with clients. This role has two direct report to support the dealer and customer network. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development and a deep understanding of the recreational vehicle industry.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to manage a team, provide support and training on sales and support
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans
  • Manage and track sales pipeline and report on progress to senior management
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends
The ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field advantageous
  • Relevant industry experience in Recreational Vehicles or similar
  • Proven track record of success in business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
