This newly created Business Development Manager position is pivotal to the organisation’s growth strategy. You will lead efforts to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality sourcing solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to achieve sales growth targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales frameworks to drive revenue growth
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise the sales process and customer experience
- Utilise CRM tools to manage pipeline, track performance, and report on sales metrics
Skills & Experience
- Proven sales/business development experience, ideally within food & beverage or sourcing
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and build trust
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM platforms
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
