You will lead efforts to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality sourcing solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to achieve sales growth targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales frameworks to drive revenue growth
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise the sales process and customer experience
  • Utilise CRM tools to manage pipeline, track performance, and report on sales metrics

Skills & Experience
  • Proven sales/business development experience, ideally within food & beverage or sourcing
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and build trust
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM platforms
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
