This is an exciting and new HR role suited to someone looking to build their career across learning and development, employee engagement, and HR coordination. You will support the delivery of learning programs, engagement initiatives, internal communications, and HR administrative processes while working closely with leaders across the business.

The role offers broad exposure across HR and capability development, making it an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to develop strong foundations in People & Culture.

Key Responsibilities Capability & Learning Support
  • Coordinate and administer learning and development activities across the organisation.
  • Maintain and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, learning paths, records and evaluations.
  • Support the development of learning content, onboarding materials, compliance training and SOP documentation.
  • Produce LMS reporting and insights to support capability development initiatives.
  • Assist with the implementation and optimisation of learning systems and tools.
  • Support capability initiatives including workshops, training sessions and engagement activities.
HR Coordination
Provide HR coordination support across head office including:

  • Recruitment administration
  • Contract management
  • Onboarding coordination
  • Employee change requests
  • Assist with HR administrative processes and documentation.
Stakeholder Support
  • Respond to enquiries relating to capability and engagement activities.
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops, meetings and engagement initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with leaders across operational and corporate teams to support people initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, reduce duplication and increase process efficiency.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new HR or learning technologies.
