They are currently seeking a People & Culture Officer to deliver high-quality, customer‑focused HR support across the organisation. This role plays a key part in maintaining and enhancing HR systems, coordinating onboarding and learning programs, and supporting a broad suite of people-related projects.
Immediate start is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring documentation is compliant, accurate, and auditable
- Coordinate onboarding, induction and assist with learning and development programs
- Provide timely HR advice and support across the organisation
- Contribute to HR policy development, review and implementation
- Act as a project officer on HR initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders on workforce projects
- Liaise with finance and payroll to meet processing deadlines
- Support contract and quality standards across the employee life cycle
- Experience providing human resources support in a professional environment
- Strong understanding of HR systems, workflows and Microsoft applications
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in written communication
- Knowledge of HR legislation, awards or ability to learn quickly
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to use initiative, problem‑solve and manage competing priorities
- Current (or ability to obtain) Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance
