About the Role:
This is a broad and varied role supporting a highly respected and approachable Change Manager. You'll be a key link between stakeholders, helping to keep the project moving and the business informed. Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting simple, effective internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Creating presentations and process documentation to support the rollout.
- Acting as a first point of contact for internal queries about the relocation project.
- Attending and contributing to meetings with multiple subsidiaries and stakeholders.
- Supporting the implementation of a major contract and helping ensure a smooth transition.
- You’re proactive, curious, and not afraid to ask questions or seek clarification.
- You’ve ideally had exposure to relocation projects or similar business transitions.
- Experience in communications, change, or project coordination
- Strong written communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- 6-month temp contract (with potential to extend)
- $40–$45 per hour + Super
- Flexibility to WFH 1–2 days and
- Central Eastern Suburbs location right next to light rail
- Open to part-time or school hours for the right candidate
