My client is a boutique accounting firm based in stunning offices, looking for a proactive and organised Office Manager to join the team. This is a part-time role (3 days per week), offering flexibility to balance your career with your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and general office administration
  • Oversee office supplies and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations
  • Maintain filing systems and support workflow management
  • Collaborate with internal staff, clients, and offshore team members
  • Collate and process invoices accurately
  • Coordinate and manage documents through DocuSign for clients
About You

You’re detail-oriented, approachable, and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You enjoy being the “go-to” person who keeps things running seamlessly. Previous experience in administration or office management within professional services will be highly regarded.
