Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and general office administration
- Oversee office supplies and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations
- Maintain filing systems and support workflow management
- Collaborate with internal staff, clients, and offshore team members
- Collate and process invoices accurately
- Coordinate and manage documents through DocuSign for clients
You’re detail-oriented, approachable, and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You enjoy being the “go-to” person who keeps things running seamlessly. Previous experience in administration or office management within professional services will be highly regarded.
