Our client are a expanding private fund management group who provide funding and advisory services for high quality property developments throughout Australia.  As a result of continuous growth, our client are looking for a construction professional to join their business as a Client Side Project Manager to help oversee and manage their Victorian development's.

The role will be responsible for completing pre-settlement due diligence and post-settlement inspection, reporting and communication with developer clients and stakeholders.
  
We are looking for someone with a tertiary qualification and ideally 3+ years industry experience working in construction, architecture, civil engineering, quantity surveying, building surveying or property related field.

Ideally you will possess the following:

• Solid base understanding of the construction lifecycle
• Ability to read plans
• Knowledge of building permits
• Exposure to insurances
• Project Management experience is preferred

This role will suit someone who has a passion for development and project management and who may have an interest to diversify their skill into the fund management aspect of property. 

Excellent communications skills, an eagerness to learn and a high attention to detail are all traits that will see you succeed in this rare opportunity.
