Our client is a boutique Fund Manager who have an enviable reputation built over 20 years of specialisation in the commercial office sector. With continued growth in their national pipeline of commercial office developments, this group are looking to appoint a Client Side Project Manager to join their in-house team.  
 
Reporting to the Director of Project Management and working closely with both the Asset and Development teams, this role is responsible for leading detail design, tender and construction delivery of new build office developments valued at $30-40m and capex projects of $3-5m. You will work closely with a diverse team of internal stakeholders to ensure developments meet business objectives and will be responsible for engaging and managing consultants and contractors to deliver projects in accordance with design, cost and quality milestones. 
  
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following experience / skillset:

• Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Property.
• Proven track record working in Client Side Project Management or for a builder as a Contract Administrator or Engineer
• Commercial Office project experience will be highly regarded. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Expert stakeholder engagement
