This full time role will see you joining a professional and motivated Customer Service team, located at the head office on the Sunshine Coast.
You will be responsible for:
Customer Service
- Professional customer service, including timely telephone and email communication
- Problem-solving ability in a team environment
- Maintain reliable procedures that guarantee orders are processed and scheduled in a timely and efficient manner
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and importing guidelines
- Customer warrantee support
