About The Role

This full time role will see you joining a professional and motivated Customer Service team, located at the head office on the Sunshine Coast.

You will be responsible for:

Customer Service
  1. Professional customer service, including timely telephone and email communication
  2. Problem-solving ability in a team environment
  3. Maintain reliable procedures that guarantee orders are processed and scheduled in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Stay up to date on product knowledge and importing guidelines
  5. Customer warrantee support
