Position Description:
Reporting directly to the Customer Relationship Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- High volume collection calls
- Following up on outstanding debt
- Providing high level of customer support
- Handling telephone account queries – internal / external
- Allocating and receipting payments
- Setting up new accounts and invoicing
- General ad hoc duties assigned by your Manager
Ideal Candidate:
The successful applicant will also have the following attributes:
- Minimum 6 months experience within Collections
- Customer service focused approach with a professional phone manner
- Ability to thrive in a high volume and fast paced environment
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Resilient and positive can do attitude
- Strong negotiation skills with a desire to meet deadlines
