Reporting through to the Head of Finance, your key responsibilities will be focussed around:

• Partnership with Operations leadership, driving understanding and optimisation alongside insightful analysis for end-to-end margin management.
• Work closely with the Sales/Business Development team on new contracts & tenders
• Leadership of a robust Budget and forecasting process including P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flow forecasting
• Mentor and develop a team of 4 
• Identifying areas for continuous improvement and executing accordingly

Ideally having commenced your career within a chartered firm (Big 4 or mid-tier), you will be CA/CPA qualified and have demonstrated industry expertise within a commercial finance/Business Partnering position. You will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to exert influence across the operational side of the business will be fundamental to your success. You will be inquisitive, commercially minded and will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
