The Opportunity This is a unique, part-time role offering 20–30 hours per week, with flexibility across days and start/finish times to suit the right person.
The general expectation is 2 days per week in the Mascot office, with flexibility around remaining hours.
Key availability requirements:
- Wednesday mornings to attend leadership meetings and take minutes
- Board and leadership meetings as required
The Role Acting as the communications link between leadership and the broader business, you will:
- Attend leadership meetings and take detailed, accurate minutes
- Convert discussions into clear, structured and professional documents
- Prepare internal communications and customer updates
- Maintain and update company pages with key information and outcomes
- Support 10–12 stakeholders across the shared services team
- Capture stories, initiatives and key changes, turning them into polished communications
