Due to growth within the business our client is looking to add a construction supervisor to the team. This role will be based in the South East and focus on delivering high quality Knockdown/Rebuild projects & custom homes
The role:
- Manage multiple builds from start to finish
- Oversee all sub-contractors
- Strong emphasis on quality
- Tight program, will need to ensure the deadlines are being met
- Manage multiple builds
- Trade qualified or relevant tertiary study
- Similar experience managing custom residential or volume residential projects
- Strong time management skills & ability to work in fast paced environment
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple builds at one time
