This group are one of Australia's leading Tier 1 builders and specialize in complex commercial projects. They are looking for a Contract Manager to work on a complex $500 mil commercial project in Melbourne. 

Reporting to a Commercial Manager you will be responsible for the following. 

• Manage the head client contract and resolve any major contractual issues on the project.
• Prepare and present monthly cost reports for the client and senior executives at the company. 
• Manage a team of contract administrator's and oversee the letting of sub-contractor packages, assess progress payments and assess any major variations. 
• Work closely with the Project Director to ensure all project objectives are achieved. 

To be considered for this role you will ideally have worked on a major commercial project. You will possess strong negotiation skills and have previously been a Senior Contract Administrator or Contract Manager and managed the head contract and managed a team of Contract Administrator's.
