This group are an established developer/builder and operator of mixed use commercial assets. They currently have 12 developments sites in Victoria and six that are currently in the construction phase. This is a newly created position that will play a pivotal role in assisting the development, design and construction departments and provide detailed analysis on cost management throughout all phases of the development/project. 

Reporting to a Commercial Manager you will provide the development department with cost plans during the acquisition and early design phase, provide commentary on commercial risk on projects, establish a construction cost database for the company, provide detailed analysis on monthly construction cost reports citing any major variances and work closely with the senior leadership team to assist with project work in relation to cost analysis. 

To be considered for this role you ideally have worked as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator/Cost Planner. You will have worked on projects from concept through to completion and provide expert advice around cost management. Please call James Wagner on 0497046799 to learn more about the position.
