We are looking for a passionate CRM and Digital Executive who has the willingness and determination to learn in a fast-paced environment and with a brand currently experiencing hypergrowth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage data-driven targeted email, SMS and push campaigns that drive business objectives.
- Implement A/B testing and optimisations to campaigns where necessary to ensure continuous test and learns.
- Optimise the customer journey via owned digital channels to drive business objectives and improve customer experience.
- Oversee the online web and app content – ensuring content accurately reflects brand personality.
- Brief creative agency on tactical campaign and brand collateral.
- Work closely with internal teams including Customer Service, Product, Finance and Compliance.
- Use reporting tools such as PowerBI, GA4 and internal systems to assess results and make further optimisations.
- Generate reports for both CRM campaigns and owned channels.
- 3+ years proven experience in a similar CRM / Direct Marketing position.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms
- Experience with reporting tools such as PowerBI, GA4
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related.
- Understanding of marketing best practices in CRM and digital owned channels.
- Creative thinker, results driven and team player.
- excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong presentation skills.
