About The role
Sharp & Carter are proud to partner with this truly iconic global fashion retail group in the search for an experienced CRM Executive to join their fast-paced and innovative Online team on an initial 3 - 6 month contract. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will own and manage the email marketing calendar along with creating and curating content across web and social media. What you will be doing
- Build and execute the email marketing calendar in line with the broader marketing/events calendar in collaboration with the global team
- Briefing and liaising with stakeholders on campaign development, content, data and deployment
- Setting up customer nurture programs and customer journeys to increase customer engagement and revenue, for both in stores and online
- Driving in store marketing programs to capture key customer data
- Partnering closely with the business to identify and recognise new opportunities for email and CRM programs
- Analysing data and customer activity and making recommendations with actionable insights
Skills & Experience
- Experience in sending, delivering and reporting on eDMs and e-newsletter communications (Emarsys, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Exact Target);
- Understanding of creating and implementing social media and digital marketing campaigns;
- Some experience in SEO and Google Analytics would be great too
- A can-do and positive attitude
