The CRM Manager is a newly created role reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer and will be based in Yatala which is halfway between the Gold Coast and Brisbane. The organisation has implemented a new CRM and this person will lead the integration and change across the organisation. This is a marketing CRM role and is not a technical position. The successful candidate will use customer feedback and data to inform marketing campaigns and to assist teams on better approaches to improve customer retention and conversion. A hands-on role it is important that this person has experience running campaigns through omnichannels including stores, sales reps, customer service teams and online. Other priorities will include stakeholder engagement, data extraction and analysis, collaboration and measurement of campaign results and impacts.
