About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Online, you will be working in a fast paced and dynamic environment on behalf of one of the country's most recognised and digitally progressive global retailers in Australia. You will work across end to end Customer Experience and develop best in class Customer Journey Roadmaps, Social Media and CRM strategies across Acquisition, Retention and Loyalty. You will build and nurture programs and campaigns ensuring they are 100% customer centric.


  • Manage and nurture the execution of the end-to-end CRM strategy
  • Define CRM objectives and roadmaps to deliver the CRM strategies in line with key marketing objectives
  • Analyse data and customer activity maximising commercial opportunities and highlight key areas for review, analysis and improvements
  • Prepare regular reports in order to assess performance against business goals
  • You will also build, lead and manage a small team
Skills and Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline
  • 5+ years experience in a similar commercially focused CRM role
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management and organisational skills
  • Retail background preferable 
  • Knowledge of CRM online/offline marketing concepts and best practices
