About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Customer and CRM, you will own and develop the entire CRM program. You will create a truly tailored customer experience. It's a data rich role with almost 8 million customers across ANZ. Working alongside the marketing, e-commerce and digital teams, this is a strategic and hands on role where you will create bespoke automation through CRM. You absolutely love data, you will help segment and target based on customer purchase behaviour and finally you will report and make recommendations on key findings. You play a pivotal role in how, who, what, when and why they communicate to their customers.


  • Conduct a deep dive into the data and the current online customer journey
  • Define CRM objectives and roadmaps to deliver the CRM strategies in line with key marketing objectives
  • Analyse data and customer activity maximising commercial opportunities and highlight key areas for review, analysis and improvements
  • Prepare regular reports in order to assess performance against business goals
Skills and Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
  • A proven track record in a similar CRM, Loyalty or lifecycle position from a data rich environment preferably fashion retail but open to B2C industries too
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management and organisational skills 
  • Knowledge of CRM systems - Salesforce or Emarsys ideally but open to others too as if you have the hunger to learn they have the opportunity to develop you
