Our client is seeking a motivated Customer Relationship Support professional to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating exceptional customer service across an array of mediums to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement in a fast-paced landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls and emails, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Accurately process invoicing and purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to resolve customer challenges.
  • Support the Sales team with opportunities, quotations, and queries.
  • Manage customer complaints with effective resolutions and timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Assist customers with product navigation and provide recommendations.
  • Monitor feedback and suggest service improvements.
  • Contribute to in-house business reporting as needed.
  • Undertake ad hoc duties to enhance overall customer service.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer support or client services is essential.
  • Strong phone communication skills and active listening capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in customer interactions.
  • Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently when addressing customer needs.
  • Collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail and a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Full working rights in Australia are required
