A leading manufacturing Business located in the Wetherill Park area requires an experienced and committed Customer Service Representatives to join their team immediately.
The Position
- Answer high volume of inbound calls
- Manage enquiries regarding products, pricing, availability & delivery ETA
- High volume order processing via fax, phone and email
- Take ownership of and rectify customer complaints, queries or issues
- Administration tasks as required
The Candidate
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Experience using systems SAP, Navision, Salesforce or Pronto is essential
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Self-driven, professional, confident and the ability to work autonomously
- Work for a leading brand in the industry
