You’ll take ownership of warranty claims and work orders, assist with first-level fault diagnostics, and collaborate closely with internal teams and service partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for warranty, service, and technical enquiries from customers, dealers, and service partners.
- Provide first-level technical support and guide customers through basic troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Manage customer issues end-to-end, ensuring timely follow-up and high-quality outcomes.
- Process warranty claims, work orders, and spare parts requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records across CRM, service, and ticketing systems.
- Identify recurring technical or service issues and contribute ideas to improve processes and customer experience.
- Background in customer service, warranty administration, service coordination, or technical support.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and calmly.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident using CRMs, ticketing systems, and service or order management platforms.
- Comfortable interpreting product information, manuals, and technical documentation.
- Proactive, accountable, and confident owning tasks through to completion.
