About the Role:

Join a dedicated Warranty & Customer Service team where you’ll act as the first point of contact for warranty, service, and product-related enquiries. In this role, you’ll support customers through phone, email, and a ticketing system, providing clear guidance, troubleshooting support, and timely resolution of issues. You’ll manage warranty claims and work orders, assist with basic fault diagnostics, coordinate with internal teams and service partners, and ensure accurate documentation across all systems. This position suits someone who is solutions-focused, organised, and confident managing enquiries end-to-end.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial contact for warranty and service enquiries from customers, dealers, and service partners.
  • Provide basic technical support and assist with troubleshooting.
  • Manage and resolve customer concerns, ensuring timely follow-through and quality outcomes.
  • Process warranty claims, work orders, and spare parts enquiries.
  • Maintain records across CRM, service, and ticketing platforms.
  • Liaise with logistics and service partners to coordinate work and recommend suitable service locations.
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute ideas to improve processes and overall customer experience.
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in customer service, warranty/service administration, or technical support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a calm, solutions-driven approach.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisation, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable navigating CRMs, ticketing systems, and service/order management tools.
  • Ability to interpret product information, read manuals, and guide customers through basic diagnostics.
  • Proactive, accountable, and confident in owning tasks through to completion.
